MEMBER POLICY

The member must present a photo ID (Club Punta Mita Card) to have access to the amenities.
Member clarification: titled member and their spouse, their children under 26 years of age, that do not have children.
All other accompanied guests or extended family with member present are eligible for a 50% discount on equipment and 20% on guided activities or lessons, only when accompanied by the member.
Equipment usage is for one hour at a time, picking up and delivering the gear back to its point of exit. Depending on demand and availability equipment may be made available for longer usage.
Members are responsable for any damage done to equipment while in their possession. (i.e. lost or damage fins, broken boards, lost snorkel equipment) party will be informed immediately of damage and will be advised of cost once PMOS management reviews circumstance.
Equipment can be reserved thru the concierge or PMOS the day prior to ensure availability.
Owners must sign waiver for each minor using the gear.

SUP Boards – Starboard All Around
Boogie Boards – Catch Surf 3 sizes
Snorkel gear and mask adults and kids – Cressi
Kayaks – Ocean Kayak
Windsurf  -Starboard RIO and Starboard Sail
Hobie Cat  – Wave 13ft and Getaway 16ft (The members can use one Hobie cat at a time)
Surf Taxi – reserved thru concierge or a PMOS reservations desk, 24hrs in advance, pick up at Sufi Pier

Equipment can be reserved through the concierge or PMOS the day prior to ensure availability.
All members must present their member card and sign waiver at PMOS desk prior to activity.
Members must sign waiver for each minor under the age of 18 for use of equipment.
Waivers are valid for 1 calendar month.

CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION POLICIES

Introduction

Punta Mita Ocean Sports offers the premier aquatic activities in Punta Mita. In order to accommodate each of our guests, all of our activities are exclusive, and by reservations-only.

Reservation Policies

Reservations are held via credit or debit card. We accept all major credit cards, and payment in full is required at the time of reservation. Each user must sign a waiver of liability in order to participate. A parent or legal guardian must sign for all minors under the age of 18.

Although PMOS is not responsible for evaluating a participant’s skill or ability, we reserve the right to refuse rentals to those individuals whose skills do not seem suitable for the selected trip or activity.

Alcohol use is strictly prohibited. We will not transport anyone who brings alcoholic beverages with them to our facility.

Please advise us of any health or medical conditions that could potentially affect your party’s ability to participate on the chosen excursion.

Waiver (required)

A valid, signed waiver of liability is required to participate in all PMOS excursions and activities, or to rent our equipment.

Each adult will need to provide a waiver for themselves, and one of the parents will need to add any minors’ names at the bottom of their waiver, and sign a second time where indicated. Minors unaccompanied by a parent or guardian will need to bring a waiver, signed and filled out at the bottom, by their parent or legal guardian.

Cancellation Policy

In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Punta Mita Ocean Sports  operates a strict cancellation policy:

Refunds:

48 hours or more prior to reservation – 100% refund.
24 hours prior to reservation – 50% refund or re book subject to availability.
Less than 24 hours to reservation, including no shows and late arrivals – no refunds.
Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email to [email protected] or by calling us within Mexico (329) 298 5055. All changes are subject to availability.

Return Policy (Rentals)

Any repair or alteration to any part of the boards or equipment without explicit permission of PMOS is penalized, and PMOS will hold on to a 100% of the Damage Deposit.

Prices and Exchange Rates

Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars. The exchange rate will be considered on the date of purchase/payment.
